History:
Autumnflower had always wanted to be a medicine cat like her mother, Capeclaw, the former medicine cat of Stormclan. Despite the fact that medicine cats weren't supposed to have kits, Capeclaw had them anyway. She had given birth to two kits, one who died at birth, and the other who became Autumnkit. Capeclaw had told her friend who was also a queen, Lavendernose, about her secret and the two had pretended that Autumnkit belonged to Lavendernose. Even though through kithood, Autumnflower had no clue that Capeclaw was her real mother, she had always felt a special connection with her and decided she wanted to be medicine cat when she became older.
Autumnkit soon became Autumnpaw and Capeclaw was getting old. She chose Autumnpaw to be her apprentice which made her very happy. It didn't take Autumnpaw long to learn everything she needed to know. Autumnpaw and Capeclaw were really bonding. So one day, Capeclaw trusted Autumnpaw enough to tell her what used to be her and Lavendernose's secret, that she was her real mother. Autumnpaw was thrilled, she was so thrilled that she let the news slip one day. Now it wasn't just news to Autumnpaw but the whole clan. Autumnpaw didn't realize what she had done until they chased Capeclaw out of the clan. Autumnpaw then became Autumnflower and she promised she would never make the same mistake her mother had.
Appearance:
Autumnflower is a petite she-cat with a long, short-haired tail that matches her pelt. She has a thin, sleek figure and calico cat patches all over her body. On her flank, she has a black patch that is shaped like a heart with what looks like a white teardrop inside. Her eyes are a bright hazel color and rarely when she's extremely happy, they change to a honey color.
Not ever being a warrior or warrior's apprentice, Autumnflower never recieved any major injuries or scars. She does have a few birthmarks though. Her nose is a honey color that matches her eyes on occasions. The pad on her upper right paw is also a mud color instead of the normal pink.
Personality:
Autumnflower is a very quiet cat. She likes time to herself, but always welcomes others. She also has a sense of humor, watching kits getting into mischief is something that makes her laugh. She doesn't like bloodshed, but is willing to fight when needed.
Autumnflower spends most of her free time in her den, sometimes munching on a quail someone brought her. She loves the peace and quiet in her den. Other times, you can find her at her second favorite spot, the Stormy Stream. She loves how the sound of flowing water is so calming. But beside that, sometimes, very rarely, she ventures out into rogue territory to search for her shunned mother.
Autumnflower loves her clan to pieces and shows it. She shows her love and compassion for every cat that visits her den and that's why they think she's such a great medicine cat. She is more than loyal and would thoughtlessly die for her clan if needed. But, however much she loves her clan, she understands the bit of the warrior code that says she can't have a mate and she gladly accepts that.
IC:
Autumnflower meandered along the stream looking out to the other side of it; admiring it's beauty. She hadn't had time to do this for a while. She was very busy with some cats that had caught greencough. What could she expect though? It was the middle of leaf-bare. She shifted her gaze from over the stream to the greyish, cloudy sky above her, just how it looked the day Capeclaw was exiled.
Autumnflower looked down at her paws in wonder. What would the clan be like if Capeclaw were still here? Why were they so ruthless as to chase her out? She just didn't understand how Capeclaw could go from being the beloved medicine cat, to being hated in such a short time. She didn't think she ever would.
Autumnflower gave a mournful sigh and stalked off. It was time to visit the rogue territory again.
